Sign up for E-bill. To receive bills and late notices/cut off notices via email.

Sign up for Bank Draft from your checking account. No processing fees. 

*** Effective August 5,2025, the City of Conroe credit card processing fee will be updated to 2.50% per utility transaction. Additional processing fees may apply.

*** E-Check option for payments will be effective August 5,2025. A flat fee of $2.80 will be charged per utility transaction.
